The next Brewmaster course, as part of the SCAE’s Gold Cup filter coffee programme, is scheduled to take place at Marco Beverage Systems, Sandyford, Dublin 18, on February 25.
The day-long course will include training on brewing guides and the secrets of how to ensure your brewed coffee is extracted correctly every time — and what can go wrong.
It will also offer the opportunity to use the ExtractMojo digital refractometer to scientifically measure extraction and troubleshoot brews.
The fee for the one-day Gold Cup Brewmaster course is €200.
